INGREDIENTSINSTRUCTIONS1. Melt almond butter on the stove. Add in apricots and ginger and mix well.
2. Blend banana and figs in powerful blender or food processor until smooth. 3. Mix blended banana-fig and almond butter on the stove. Add in quinoa and mix evenly. If the mixture is dry, add 1-2 tsp of water and mix. 4. Add in oats and mix evenly until consistency is thick but all elements are coated. Spoon into parchment lined container or cookie sheet. Pat down until evenly levelled on the sheet. Freeze for 30-45 minutes, cut and enjoy! |
