Our 21-day detox is finally done, and while some of us couldn't be happier to eat certain things, we have all definitely learned a lot about ourselves and our bodies. Other than patients, I opened this detox to some of our Collaborative Healthcare Network team and quite a few rose to the challenge. Now that we are finished, let's tally the results to see how we fared: Weight loss:

Overall, lots of positivity! I'm not sure about the others, but I am definitely set on keeping some of these things out of my diet and continuing to be sugar-free as much as possible.
